What advice or encouragement would you give others who are considering treatment in Dr. Eslami's office?
-I would advise others to trust him. I was very fearful of dentists and Dr. Eslami changed my mind. He is such a kind and caring person.
-Do it yesterday and make sure it is done by Dr. Eslami.
-Go for it - you will never be happy with a partial, which is extremely bothersome.
-I'd say have no fear of laser surgery. I experienced no pain and the staff are kind and supportive

Based on personal experience in Dr. Eslami's office, what would you say to others who are interested in implants, gingival grafts, laser or other surgery but who are concerned about potential discomfort?
-The potential discomfort was a non-issue. There wasn't a lot of pain.
-No discomfort. Anticipation is worse than actual procedure.
- I went through surgery with just local anesthetic and was fine.
-Have no fear.
-I had previous "traditional" perio surgery and would not want to do it any other way than the laser.
-Dr. Eslami was very gentle and I experienced very little discomfort during the entire procedure. The most painful part was receiving the local anesthetic.
How do you think your periodontal treatment has or will change your life?
-IÕm happy my implant is a permanent solution.
-Very pleased, I donÕt need a denture and that means a lot to me.
-ADSI taught me to take better care of my teeth. After wearing a partial for a year there is no way I would want to wear that or dentures for life. I found the partial to be gaggy.
-Laser surgery will allow me to keep my teeth.
-Better recovery and health of gums.
-Hopefully the gingival grafts will prevent bone or tooth loss in the future. The tooth also looks much better.
How would you respond if someone asked you whether you would recommend Dr. Eslami?
-I have already recommended him to everyone who asks about my dental implant.
-I like him very much.
-I would go to him again Š I always had complete confidence in him and felt he actually cared and listened to my concerns.
-I would tell them he is an expert, kind and gentle too.

What would you say to others who are considering implants, gingival grafts, laser or other periodontal treatment but who are concerned that it may not be worth the cost?
-Dental implants are worth the cost because bridges are a temporary solution. In the long run I think it is less costly.
-Dental implants are definitely worth the cost.
-Dental implants are worth it Š even if you have to take out a loan. Once you give in to dentures you give in to getting old!
-The cost is worth it!
-Recovery time is so much faster (than traditional perio surgery). Not to mention the short time you are in the chair getting the treatment.
-Definitely have the gingival grafts done!
